From Berkeley, Calif., to Brattleboro, Vt.,  from Toledo, Ohio to Boulder, Colo., and beyond, liberal city governments are competing with each other in the "We're unhinged liberals" department.

Please join us in calling on these cities to stop their attacks on our troops and stop wasting their time and your tax dollars on political theatre. Berkeley called U.S. Marines "unwanted and unwelcome intruders" and asked that their recruiting office be removed from the city.

Berkeley also gave the far left anti-war group, Code Pink, open season to protest the Marine recruiting office at any time. A company of Marines arrived in Toledo last week for a scheduled exercise in urban warfare to be told by Mayor Carty Finkbeiner to turn around and leave because "they frighten people."

This type of training is critical to the Marines and their missions in Iraq and Afghanistan, so the situation in Toledo could have actual life-and-death consequences. The City Council of Boulder is working on a resolution calling for the impeachment of President Bush and Vice President Cheney.

Brattleboro, Vermont doesn't even want to go through the constitutionally prescribed impeachment process. The town is voting March 4, on whether to issue a warrant for the arrest of the President and Vice President should they ever visit. These extremists will stop at nothing to achieve their goals of retreat and defeat in Iraq, Afghanistan, and in the War on Terror. We ask everyone with a correct moral compass to speak out against this sort of nutty activity before it becomes the norm instead of the exception.
