Carol Pringle Kilburn, 70, of Nashville, Tenn., went to be with her heavenly Father on June 3, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence N. Pringle, and mother, Wilma Pringle LeMasters.
Remaining to celebrate her life are her husband of 53 years, Darrell D. Kilburn; daughters, Deana Crossley and husband Kent, Margie Kilburn, and Georgia McBride and husband Mickey, all of Nashville, Tenn.; sisters, Pat Dodson and husband WJ of Carthage, Sandy Wells and husband Ronnie of Jasper; brother, Larry Pringle and wife Debbie of Carthage, Mo.; grandchildren, Matthew Kinnaman, Carol Marie Buck, Brittny Buck, Kyle Buck; step-grandchildren, Sarah Crossley, Reed Crossley, Emily McBride and Christopher McBride, all of Nashville, Tenn.; nephews, Ken Jennison of Chicago, Ill., Ronnie Wells Jr. of Jasper, Mo., and Russell Wells of Claremore, Okla.; and other precious relatives and friends.
Carol was a charter member of Bellevue Grace Assembley and past president of Women’s AGLOW ministries. She devoted her life to loving her family and God. She celebrated life continually, always looking for the good in people and situations. She traveled the world with her husband in his 39 years of military service.
She was an avid gardener and shopper. She volunteered for countless causes such as Hospice, feeding the homeless, prison ministries, Christmas shoeboxes and Christmas Stockings. Whenever she saw a need, she would do whatever she could to help. She loved jewelry and decorating. She lived her life to the fullest.
Memorial celebration was on Saturday, June 6, 2009, at the Bellevue Grace Assembley in Nashville, Tenn.
Donations may be made to the American Kidney Foundation or Bellevue Grace Assembley.
Arrangements were by the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home in Nashville, Tenn.
