Precious Moments was a big participant at the Maple Leaf Festival on Saturday, winning Best Artistic Achievement in the float competition.

Aubrey Bradley, administrative marketing assistant at Precious Moments, said that the employees hand made their float, which was inspired by an event they held several years ago celebrating Route 66.

During the parade, Precious Moments employees handed out 50 coupons for a free figurine. Coupons holders could go to the Precious Moments gift shop that day and redeem it.

Also during the festival, The Precious Moments Supporting Foundation made available a new doll and an exclusive figurine entitled “Never Let Go” to the public. Some of the proceeds benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
