It used to be called Tiny Tots, was changed recently to Little Mr. and Mrs., but now the popular contest in Jasper will once again be known as Tiny Tots.
Shown below are the 13 contestants for this year’s Tiny Tots Contest. It will take place this Thursday as a part of the 2009 Jasper Appreciation Days.
The annual Tiny Tots is a talent and beauty contest of sorts for both boys and girls, ages 3-5 (or tykes not yet attending kindergarten) who live inside the Jasper R-5 School District.
Coronation will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday inside the Jasper City Park, on the west end of Grand Ave., and will be moved to the Jasper Baptist Church in case it rains. First, second and third-place prizes will be awarded to the winners as well as gifts to all participants.
