Carthage Police Chief Greg Dagnan said today Eddie Salazar, 29, the father of a missing eight-month old Carthage boy was arrested Friday evening.
Dagnan, at a press conference Saturday afternoon at Memorial Hall, told reporters Salazar was arrested on charges of filing a false police report after a name he gave authorities in connection with the original report of the kidnapping was cleared.
