Stephen Fenimore, 67, of Carthage passed away 11:27 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013 at Freeman Hospital.
He was born Oct. 13, 1946 in Carthage. Stephen was the son of Harold Fenimore and Ruth Newman Fenimore. He was a longtime resident of Carthage.
Stephen graduated from Carthage High School in 1964. He also graduated from Pittsburg State with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art. Stephen was an Antique Dealer specializing in Native American and Western Artifacts and Fine Arts.
Stephen is survived by his mother, Ruth Fenimore of Carthage, one sister Cherri Cameron and her husband Paul of St. Genevieve, Mo., one nephew, Stacy Cameron and wife Andrea of Eldorado Springs, Mo., one niece Melissa Cameron of St. Ann, Mo., two great nephews, Travis and William Cameron and one great niece, Sadie Cameron. Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Harold Fenimore.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 at Curtis Cemetery, west of Carthage. Visitation will be 6 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, 2013 at the Ulmer Funeral Home.
