She will be greatly missed by all of us." - Statement from the family of actress Eileen Brennan, who died last weekend at age 80, CNN reported today. Brennan starred in “Private Benjamin,” “The Sting,” “Clue” and other movies, as well as a handful of TV spots, including several appearances on “Will & Grace.”

    It was reported today that Francisco Jose Garzon, the driver of the derailed train in Spain, was talking on the phone at the time of the crash. The accident, which killed 79 people, happened because the train was going too fast around a corner. The driver was able to slow the train from 119 mph to 95 mph before the curve, but it was not enough. Garzon is charged with 79 counts of homicide by professional recklessness.
