Born Kim Dahsu of unknown parents in Seoul South Korea in August of 1962, Kim grew up in several orphanages. She was adopted at the age of 8 by Glenda and Bill King of Nevada, Mo. She graduated from Nevada High School in 1982 and subsequently from Missouri Southern State College with a degree in business. She held many jobs, bookkeeper, inventory clerk, shipping manager, truck gardener and finally housecleaner.
She walked to most of the houses she cleaned, taking care of many who could not get out. Always sunny and selfless, she brought joy to many. She was straightforward, caring and left no one she met untouched. She is and always will be missed. Tom Platt her longtime friend and partner was there to the end, faithfully and diligently caring for her with the support of the Golledge and King family and her friends.
