  • “Annie Get Your Gun” is one of Irving Berlin's best beloved shows.
    The Carthage High School theatre department is producing the Broadway revival version with all of the wonderful Irving Berlin favorites like "There's No Business Like Show Business" and "Anything You Can Do I Can Do Better."
    The Carthage High School performers will be Erin Marston as Annie Oakley; Oliver Smith as Frank Butler; Alexis Gonzalez as Winnie Tate, Luke Mouton as Tommy Keiller; Joshua Pruss as Charlie Davenport; Blake Adams as Buffalo Bill; and Cristian Reyes as Chief Sitting Bull.
    Come see the amazing tale of Annie Oakley and Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show guaranteed to thrill all ages.
    Dates of the performances will be 7 p.m. Nov. 15-17; and a Saturday matinee Nov. 17 at 1 p.m., all at the Carthage R-9 Auditorium. Tickets are $7 for adults, and children and students are $5.
    If you want add to your fun, come to the Opening Night Gala at the Lighthouse Nov. 15. Tickets for the Gala are $15 which includes an old fashion Chuck Wagon Dinner and Premium tickets to the 7 p.m. show. Dinner is from 5-6:30 p.m.
    Proceeds from the Gala will help the drama department purchase a spotlight for the theatre. You can get tickets for the Gala in the office at the Carthage High School.
    Tickets for just the musical can be purchased at the door.
