Kenneth Edward Lee, 85, passed away Nov. 6, 2012 in Carthage, Mo.
Kenneth was born Dec. 12, 1925 in Rural Webster County to Rhonda E. (Mace) Lee and Robert E. Lee. Kenneth was a longtime resident of Marshfield, Mo., moving to Carthage in 2007. He was a retired United Methodist Minister formally the Missouri Western Conference. Kenneth loved old cars and liked working on Volkswagons, he also enjoyed fishing. He served our county in WWII.
Kenneth was united in marriage to Mary Alice Lee on Aug. 1, 1948 in Rader, Mo., at the Eureka Methodist Church, she survives.
Kenneth is survived by his wife Mary Lee one daughter Alice J. Arnold and husband Danny of Troy, AL. Two sons James R. Lee and wife Stephanie of Carthage and David W. Lee and wife Deborah of Highlandville, Mo., one brother Keith Lee of Springfield, Mo., eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Kenneth was preceded by his parents, one son Paul E. Lee, two sisters Anna O’Dell and Lois Lee, three brothers Robert Bobby Lee, Floyd Lee and Russell Lee and one grandson Nathan Arnold.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church of Carthage, Mo. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church of Carthage, Mo.
