Ronnie Chris Moore, 55, died at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at CGH Medical Center.
Ronnie was born Jan. 19, 1957 in Dallas City, the son of Ronnie Cleo and Marianna (Prash) Moore. He received a bachelor of science degree in industrial education, master of business administration and master of science degree.
He was employed as a quality manager for Frantz Manufacturing from 1988 to 2010 and was currently employed at Rockford Heat Treaters. Ronnie was a member of First Christian Church of Sterling. He was also an Eagle Boyscout and a member of the Sterling Noon Rotary.
Survivors include his mother, Marianna Moore, of Dallas City; one son, Michael J. Moore, of Chicago; one sister, Sherryl Moore, of Dallas City; and his ex-wife, Lori Moore, of Sterling.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Cleo Moore.
Services will be held at 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012 at First Christian Church of Sterling with Rev. Rob Rixman, officiating. Visitation will be from 4-5 p.m. Monday, at the church, prior to services.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012 at La Plata Cemetery, La Plata, Mo.
A memorial has been established.
