Jack Daniel, 57, passed away Aug. 23, 2012 at his home in Carthage surrounded by his family.
Jack was born on Oct. 17, 1954 in Independence, Mo., to J.B. Daniel and Nadine “Rothgeb” Daniel. Jack was a long-time resident of Carthage and graduated with a B.A. in business from MSSU were he made the Dean’s List. He was a business entrepreneur and a member of the College Heights Christian Church of Joplin.
Jack was married to Samie Daniel on Jan. 27, 1994 in Carthage, Mo.; she survives.
Jack is also survived by two daughters Amanda Beck and husband Russell of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Jaclyn Chaney and husband David of Carthage, Mo. Two sons Toby Waters and wife Jaeinda of San Diego, Calif., Cory Waters and wife Aspen of Oronogo, Mo., One grandson Gage Daniel, two granddaughters Arista and Collia Chaney, Two brothers James Holman and wife Kim of Carthage, Mo., John Daniel of Galena, Kan., two sisters Leslie Sharp and husband Charlie of Neosho, Mo., and Jodie Griffberg of Houston, Texas.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012 at College Heights Christian Church. Interment will be at the Fullerton Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.ulmerfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
