Another year of art shows will kick off today at the Hyde House.

artCentral in Carthage is pleased to announce the opening of the first 2012 exhibition by members of the Joplin Regional Artists Coalition, a group of more than 50 area artists, at Hyde House Gallery, 1110 E. 13th St., Carthage.  The free show will be titled, “Many Voices: One Journey.”

The public is invited to attend and meet these displaying artists at the opening reception at 6 p.m. today. The exhibition will remain in both of the galleries of Hyde House on weekends, noon to 5 p.m. through March 4 featuring pottery, paintings, woodblock print, hand-rubbed ceramics and more.
